Aluminum alloy wheels have two production processes. One is casting and the other is forging. Comparing the forged wheel with the cast wheel, the former is a cracked grain and forging structure in the gold phase texture, and the latter is a branched grain and cast texture. In a single mechanical performance index, forging will generally increase from 30% to 50% and may be several times higher in some indicators. In the international market, the price of forged wheels may be more than twice the casting wheel.
